National College recently hosted Coffee Guff, an engaging and heartwarming event organized by our 2nd-year Bachelor in Psychology students. This gathering brought together students from various departments in a relaxed setting, encouraging open discussions on mental health, friendships, relationships, and overall mental wellbeing. With donuts, coffee, and welcoming smiles, Coffee Guff provided a comfortable space for students to share their experiences, bond, and support one another.

The event featured interactive games designed to spark laughter, encourage conversation, and ease interactions among new and senior students. Through these activities, students got to know each other better, making Coffee Guff a fantastic platform for breaking down barriers and forming meaningful connections. It was an opportunity for students to openly discuss important topics like mental health and emotional support, underscoring the need for a supportive campus environment.

In addition to discussions and games, Coffee Guff included an introduction to the various clubs at National College. Students interested in expanding their involvement could learn about and join clubs that align with their interests, fostering a sense of belonging and community. The event was a wonderful example of how National College supports student wellbeing through creative, student-led initiatives. We look forward to more events like Coffee Guff, where students can connect, share, and grow together!
