Maintain Social Distancing by avoiding gatherings, keeping 6 feet away from the next person to prevent an epidemic of COVID- 19. That doesn’t mean you disconnect with people.
NC recommends to socially connect in different ways whether that be through FaceTime, and other conferencing apps, or calling an old friend that you haven’t talked to in a long time, or waving at your neighbours from a distance. Everyone should still remain socially connected and introduce a little bit of physical space until this crisis is over.
