Graduate of the Month

National College, Baluwatar is celebrating 20 years of ‘Innovative Education’ this year. To commemorate this occasion it is recognizing its successful students as ‘Graduate of the month’ to bring the stories of its graduates at National College, their choice of career and some practical advice to choose the best career options in which one graduate will be honored starting from June 2016. The main purpose of this program is to connect between past student and currently studying students of National College, which helps to know about their past of life and learn about their struggle and experience to become success in life and to come in this position.  In the first episode, Ms. Aradhan Malla Thapa, the first batch (1999-2002) graduate of National College and Branch Manager at Thamel Branch of Bank of Kathmandu was honored as graduate of the month on 27th June, 2016. The program was organized in the form of mixture of PowerPoint presentation, interaction and storytelling.  The program is featured in Website, Face book page, and Newsletter of National College.  
Ms. Malla shared her experiences of her college life, how she chosen the course, what she learnt during her College life. She also talked about beginning of her career and the progress made till date. According to her time management is the most important thing to balance professional she advised hall full of audience not to forget the personal life while doing job and not to underestimate anyone.
Her sharing of life experiences added tremendous motivation to the current students and will certainly help them in choosing the right career trajectory.
